New Concept Realty Inc. was founded in 1980 by John W Willingham, an entrepreneur, motivated by being a husband, father, brother, son, and friend, living by the Golden Rule, and the American Way of life enjoying the freedom of being an independent land and business owner, thereby strengthening the power of the people to self-govern.
Today, at New Concept Realty headquarters, we are here to forge ahead in the real estate industry with fresh inspiration, not forgetting the past, and to inspire citizens to own a piece of America by buying and selling real estate. Each agent has an integral part in the process of serving our Country. Many of us have family members who have taken an oath, given their life, or part of it in service to the United States of America.
